Aged Care & Disability

Delphi FAQ

What Delphi does, how its agents work, and the claims we will and won’t make — in one place.

FAQ

What is Delphi?

Delphi is our product for Australian aged care and disability providers. It brings quality and compliance, workforce, and funding, claims and payments into one governed picture, computes every figure, clock and status from your records, and puts agents to work drafting what is due next. A named person always decides.

What are the three modules?

Quality & Compliance for audit readiness, Workforce for the people who deliver care, and Revenue Cycle Management for funding, claims and payments. Choose the modules you need; they share one foundation.

Which care settings is Delphi built for?

NDIS, Support at Home and residential aged care.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. Delphi reads from the systems you already run, and changes them only with a named person’s approval, through certified connections.

Does Delphi lodge notifications or claims for us?

No. Delphi prepares notifications and claims; a person lodges them with the regulator and the payer. Revenue Cycle Management is advisory: it never claims, bills, disburses or lodges, and your team acts in your own system.

What do the agents do?

Each module has its own agents. They read the figures the platform has already computed, draft what’s due next and cite every record they used. A critic removes anything unsupported, the draft waits in a review queue, and a named person accepts, edits or rejects it. The decision goes into a register you can audit.

Does AI calculate our funding and compliance figures?

No. Funding and compliance figures are computed without AI, and any figure re-runs to the same answer. Agents explain the figures; they do not compute them.

Can we switch the agents off?

Yes. Each agent is switched on per provider, and approved by two people.

Does Delphi score individual people?

No. Delphi produces no risk scores about individual people, and each part of a person’s record is shown only to the roles who should see it.

Can Delphi receive hospital admissions and discharges?

Yes. Delphi reads hospital admissions and discharges by HL7 v2 and FHIR R4. Medication changes are reconciled by a nurse, and care plan updates are proposed, never imposed.

Where is our data, and is it used to train AI?

Your data is hosted in, and stays in, Australia, and it is never used to train a model.

Which security standards do you follow?

Delphi’s controls are designed to align with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001.

How can we try Delphi?

Request a walkthrough of a full synthetic multisite provider, or become a design partner: connect a copy of your care, workforce and finance data in an Australian-hosted environment, run Delphi beside your current process, and check the figures that matter to you.

Still have a question?

We would rather answer it early. Talk to us, or see Delphi on a full synthetic multisite provider.
