Amalthēa Health brings AI and technology to organisations across healthcare, aged care, NDIS, and allied health — making everyday work more efficient and effective, strengthening safety and quality, and keeping people firmly at the centre.
We take our name from Amalthēa, the figure in Greek mythology who nourished and protected — and whose horn became the cornucopia, a lasting symbol of abundance and care. It's a fitting place to begin. Everything we build is in service of the providers, clinicians, and support workers across healthcare and aged care who look after some of Australia's most vulnerable people.
Help care organisations become more efficient and more effective, strengthen safety and quality, and give time back to the teams who need it most.
Across healthcare and aged care, teams face rising demand, tightening regulation, and growing operational complexity, often with the same stretched resources. Too much of the day still goes to manual processes and disconnected systems, and too many tools were built without the realities of care in mind. The result is wasted time, missed insight, and skilled people pulled away from the work only they can do.
Used well, artificial intelligence — natural language processing, pattern recognition, automation — can take on the routine, make sense of scattered information, and turn data into insight that helps organisations act sooner and run better. Applied across the work of a care provider, from safety and quality through to everyday operations, technology can lift both efficiency and effectiveness rather than adding one more system to manage.
Our approach is human-centric by design: AI that augments the judgment of clinical and operational teams rather than replacing it, that is transparent in how it works, and that fits the frameworks and workflows providers already rely on. We take on the routine so the people doing the work can focus on what matters most — the people in their care.
AI supports the judgment of your teams — it doesn't take over.
Clear about how it works, so teams can trust what they see.
Works within the workflows and frameworks you already rely on.
We take on the repetitive work so people can focus on care.
We work with organisations across healthcare, aged care, Support at Home, residential care, NDIS, and allied health. Our technology is made for the Australian context — and where it touches safety, quality, and compliance, it is aligned to the expectations of bodies such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
